[Feature] Rebuild / Update function for composes

Please describe your needs or suggestions for improvements

Pull and Rebuild container is a really usual action during maintain. But for current version, we have to do the process by manual. During this, you need delete container/compose and re-create them by filling some params.

I hope to see a “Rebuild” or "Update" button for custom Compose projects, similar to the one available for App Store applications.

感谢反馈。这个需求可以支持，但不会按应用商店“升级”的方式处理。
自定义 Compose 的 image 版本由用户自行维护，1Panel 不会提供版本检测或更新提示。
我们会考虑在容器编排页面为已创建的 Compose 增加「重建」操作，用于根据当前 Compose 文件重新创建并启动编排，减少用户手动删除后再创建的操作成本。
