[I18n] Request to enable Lao (lo-LA) translation on Crowdin

Hello 1Panel Team,

I am Bone NI, a professional localization expert and coordinator for the Lao translation community. I noticed that 1Panel is gaining popularity in Laos, and I would like to offer my expertise to bring 1Panel to 100% Lao localization.

I have a proven track record of handling high-volume translations, including:

• Odoo 18 & 19 (100% complete - over 110,000 strings).
• WordPress & Joomla (National Team Coordinator).
• Fedora Linux & Linux Mint (100% complete).
• Photopea (Integrated official Lao interface).

Currently, the 1Panel project on Crowdin appears to be limited or private. Could you please enable the Lao (lo) language and grant my account the necessary permissions to begin the work?

Thank you for your interest in contributing Lao localization to 1Panel.

Currently, you can refer to the following PRs for the implementation of a new language:

• Add Persian (fa) translations #13100
• add some translate and update Persian #13132

These PRs show how to add a new language to 1Panel, including frontend UI translations, language registration, language selectors, backend i18n files, agent i18n files, and related documentation updates.

You are welcome to submit a PR for Lao localization. We will review it after submission. For the language code, please keep it consistent with the existing i18n structure, and make sure all translation keys and placeholders remain aligned with the existing language templates.
