远程下载时，从响应头获取文件名

Please describe the solution you suggest

某些 URL 会通过响应头下发文件名，远程下载时增加一个单选框，配置是否接受远程下发的文件名。

勾选之后当服务器发送文件名时，允许服务器发送的文件名覆盖我们自己填写的文件名。

刷新网页或者异地登录时，这个配置项保持上次远程下载的配置。
