The scroll bar is not visible, even on the screenshot on this page it is missing.

This is still an issue. Scrollbars appear normally when the system's scrollbar setting is set to "Only when scrolling", but the scrollbars are completely invisible (albeit functioning) when the system setting is set to "Always".
