Executed the code no training start

I have run all the scripts as instructed. After I run client.py

All I got in the terminal is :
IP is 127.0.0.1 PORT is 4390
User address 0xf39Fd6e51aad88F6F4ce6aB8827279cffFb92266

And the webapp at localpost 3000 didn't show any training process. I've tried adding 2 more users, but the problem still persist.
It does write new user to the Gas_cost.csv though.

I try call the work() function in the client.py , but still no lucks.
