We need to write down the design decisions for SimpulseID

Closing: EVES-008 ("ENVITED-X SimpulseID Credential and Identity Framework") now fully documents the SimpulseID design decisions, including:

• did:ethr on Base (ERC-1056) for DIDs
• W3C VC v2 with JSON-LD contexts via w3id.org
• LinkML-based schema as single source of truth
• Five credential types and their lifecycle
• Key management (P-256 / ES256)
• Gaia-X aligned semantics
