add organization association to cause schema

Expected Behavior

A cause is run by an organization. This is to add the association between a cause and the organization running it in the cause schema

Current Behavior

There is no implementation of an association between a cause and an organization

To do

Add an asscociation with the organization schema

@aonomike since organization schema or migration do not exist should I start by creating one, if yes what are the fields.
