📝 Description

The current implementation of LocalPDF Studio provides robust, offline PDF processing capabilities. However, the application currently lacks any native features for visual customization of the User Interface. Specifically, there is no mechanism to:

1. Apply custom color schemes or themes (e.g., Dark Mode, high-contrast modes).
2. Inject or modify CSS properties to alter element appearance or layout within the settings panel.

The absence of UI customization limits the ability to integrate the application seamlessly into specific workstation environments or user preferences (e.g., adherence to specific dark/light mode conventions).

✅ Requested Implementation

The ideal implementation would involve adding a configuration layer that allows for:

• Theme Selection: A simple dropdown or toggle to switch between pre-defined themes (e.g., Default, Dark, High Contrast).
• CSS Overrides: For advanced users, a settings panel input that allows for the application of custom CSS rules targeting specific selectors. This would grant granular control over the visual output.
