[Bug]: PDF file does not load directly upon opening (Requires secondary "Open" action)

When trying to open a PDF file in LocalPDF Studio, the document does not render automatically in the main viewer. The file tab appears on the left sidebar (e.g., window cole_cnx...), but the main reader screen remains blank, showing "0 of 0" pages.

To actually view the PDF, I have to open the secondary menu (>> icon) on the top right of the reader and click "Open" again (like opening a window inside a window).

Steps to Reproduce
Open LocalPDF Studio.

1. Try to open a PDF file via [Pilih salah satu: Drag & Drop / File > Open / Double-click file].
2. Notice that the file name appears as a tab on the left panel.
3. Notice that the main viewer is blank and shows "0 of 0".
4. Click the >> icon on the right side of the viewer toolbar.
5. Click "Open" from the dropdown to finally load the document.

Expected Behavior
The PDF content should be rendered and displayed immediately in the main viewer as soon as the file is opened from the main interface or dragged into the app.

Actual Behavior
The file is registered in the sidebar, but the viewer remains empty. The user is forced to perform a redundant "Open" action from the internal viewer menu to see the document.

OS: Windows 10

This one is complicated. Because the code related to rendering PDF files inside the viewer is not written by me. Yeah it is modified a little bit to enhance the usability by forwarding some key shortcuts such as: CTRL/CMD+S (saving files), CTRL/CMD+P (printing files), CTRL/CMD+F (searching texts) and CTRL/CMD+W (closing tabs). It's directly taken from Mozilla's PDF.js. Anyways, I will look into it. Also, I would like to mention that I am unable to re-produce this issue on my side. And please note that, PDF viewer doesn't support PDF file drag and drop. Only the tools support this drag-drop feature.

It would be helpful if you please tell me where can I find this type of PDF file to re-produce the of issue?

Hi! Thanks for the explanation and for looking into this.

I understand about the PDF.js implementation and the drag-and-drop limitation.

I have attached the problematic PDF file to this comment so you can test it on your end. I suspect this issue might be happening because this specific PDF was exported/converted from a vector graphic file. Perhaps the way the vector data is structured or embedded is causing it to not render automatically on the initial load.
