[BUG] pyproject.toml says python>=3.10 but relies on fastcore 2.0.4 which is >=3.11

Expected behavior
The pyproject.toml say supports python>=3.10, but fastcore>=2.0.4 is a dependency that requires python>=3.11
Environment Information
