Unable to purge deleted API Centre resources with az cli

az apic purge --name "xyz"

Similar to API management and Azure Key Vault, when an API Center resource is deleted, it is not actually deleted. When redeploying, you receive an error message to the following effect: "The name "xyz" is already taken. Please choose another one".

It is necessary to have the az cli extended to be able to issue a command such as: az apic purge --name "xyz"
