What all needs to be changed to load our own data instead of pypi libaries

If i have to load say 100 rows from 2 relational tables to test this solution can u give me list of changes needed in this code to get this working please. For e.g. this graph builder code has hard coding to a specific file structure. But if i have multiple tables in relational database and need to load all structures how to use this as the select statement is specific to 1 schema
