Potentially use the following to add a function to move verified folders to a verified folder for incremental data set progression for larger datasets (1)
needs method for recalling verified files in case the user wants to edit an already verified image and implementation into main

Adding a,
(2) Verified Files Folder
(3) Modifying UploadFileAsync(string filePath) to move verified files
