Note regarding bitlsocial's discontinuation.

Hello everyone,

I decided to post a pinned issue here regarding the discontinuation of bitlsocial.

Due to its discontinuation, there will be a few changes after it is shut down:

1. the repo will be moved to my main account rather than my developer organization
2. It will be renamed to simply "fedi-essentials" and have less of a focus regarding bitlsocial
3. it will continue to get updated in the case that a bitlsocial 2 or other bitl fediverse instance happens. It will also be maintained specifically for fediverse instance hosters who wish to shield themselves from bad instances and need an all encompassing blocklist.
