Removed support for piped input?

After upgrading from 3.0.3 to 4.0.2, I can no longer pipe a generated CSS file into blessc using blessc - <output>.

I cannot find anything in the documentation that says one way or the other.

That was not a scenarios I accounted for in the 4.0 rewrite. Feel free to submit a pull request if you wish.
