lag spikes when entering battles on PS3

self explanitory, any time i enter a battle on the PS3 version it freezes the game for like 5-10 seconds

That's it decoding the whole ogg file

The newest PS3 build also doesn't decode the whole ogg file (but the newest PS3 build requires preprocessed files and there isn't a page to generate them yet)

1. Download the PlayStation 3 build from the GitHub Actions Workflow
2. Run the :processor-cli: with Gradle (https://github.com/MrPowerGamerBR/ButterscotchPreprocessor/tree/main), where the path is the data.win and the target is ps3
3. Copy the data.win + generated textures.bin to the same folder as the ELF/SELF
4. Run it

It is still not as user friendly as it should be because it isn't ready yet
