Plenty of retrogaming enthusiasts see value in Playstation 2 supporting 240p screen output, as it looks cool on CRT's with blanklines and all of that. So why not bring 240p support to Butterscotch engine, as it currently runs in I guess 480i, which shakes and jumps due to its interlaced nature.
As for 480p, PS2 also supports it, though it requires component or RGB cable to leverage its use.
Could be added either as option while generating game ISO, or as option inside of Butterscotch itself(needs to implement additionally a way to safely and blindly reset resolution back to 480i if resolution is not supported by display or display output(Composite, S-Video can't do 480p and higher, only 240p and 480i)
