Admin panel updates

Description

The migration from static HTML to Angular 22 was done to be pretty much 1-to-1 in terms of UI design, but some things could be updated to make admins lives easier.

Tasks

• Change "Make All Nothing" to "Reset Game"
  • This will change all non-Leaders to "Ghost"
• Change the "Type" and "Representation" dropdowns into a set of radio buttons.
  • Pacman
  • Ghost
  • Antipac
  • Leader
  • Hidden
  • "Player", "Nothing", and "Edible" are removed.
• Selecting a radio button immediately sends the update to the server, no need to press update.
• Only one Pacman can be selected.
