refactor: streamline ESBuild configuration and output

- Standardize ESBuild output directory to 'Configuration' and use root 'tsconfig.json'
- Remove obsolete source map files and add new exclusion patterns for Bootstrap and Node modules
- Refine Electron exclusion paths to target specific directories and files
- Introduce Node.js core module exclusions to reduce bundle size
- Enable tree shaking and conditional dropping of debugger/console statements in production
- Update build scripts to reflect new output directory structure
- Adjust file cleanup plugin to dynamically respect configured output directory
