Broken links on shiffman.net

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but...

...I tried to find the github sites for the course material on cfg / context free grammars and found broken links here:

After a while i found them here:
https://github.com/Programming-from-A-to-Z/A2Z-F16/tree/gh-pages/week8-cfg

I guess there further links broken. At least the closures chapter has the same problem:
