[Suggestion] All LUA features for JS/TS

I actually need to use the lib zones from ox_lib but it's not possible in a javascript/typescript based script.

I would like that all the functions be added to the NPM package.

just fyi that definitely won't be happening.

It's still very WIP and subject to breaking changes but you can use https://github.com/overextended/ox or find other libraries that implement vector and polygons. Either way you have to still implement zones but for an example
