There is no such dependencies ,to start Git clone the repositry or download the zip file -
As prerequisites you must have installed php and a local server like apache and database management tool -
Start Local Server
Import database to database management tool like xampp
Place the project into server folder like htdocs in case of xampp
Replace base url in the project config file to new path -
