Idea: Tool that toggles gear assembly

Not sure of the feasibility of this one. The game seems to create a new machine whenever parts are separated. Toggling a flag on the gear isn't enough to get DF to do that, cause building collapse, etc.

This actually is something we can trivially do - rather than directly toggling the disengaged flag, just call the ->setTriggerState(N) vmethod (where the value of N would normally indicate whether you're turning it on/off, but gear assemblies ignore this and always toggle so you can put whatever value you want).
