LICENSE file conflicts with License classifier for PyPI

Describe the bug

The repository has an Apache 2.0 License but the classifier says BSD. Which is it?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Look at the license file
2. Look at the setup.cfg
3. See that they don't match

One license or the other, not both
