Radio Button Appearance Issue

1. Upon launch, the buttons and text look fine.
2. Click on a button, most of the circle disappears and button text is highlighted
3. Click another button,
   • the appearance of the last button clicked returns to normal
   • on the one just clicked, it looks like the one in step 2
