Triaged against current origin/main (f0c8b3dd). Skipping this in the low-effort pass because the current repository does not expose a real Whisper robustness validation surface yet.

What exists today:

• strict native meeting transcription channel contracts
• a local meeting-intelligence slice for final redacted transcript handling
• WIP design notes for future meeting-minutes / Whisper integration

Evidence:

Why this issue is still not honestly closable:

• no implemented verification for long 2+ hour meetings
• no silence/background-noise robustness harness
• no low-RAM / rotation / recording-interruption recovery coverage
• no real Whisper runtime/model-switching test seam in the current app code

Conclusion:

• this is still a future native/runtime robustness problem, not a low-effort validation close on top of current main
• it should remain open until the actual Whisper runtime paths exist and can be exercised deterministically
