The profile / "Your Work" activity feed only shows the user's comments, omitting issue activity that is already captured.

handler/user.go GetActivity returns only the user's comments; issue create/state/assignee/priority changes (already in issue activity) aren't surfaced. No cross-workspace unified "Your Work" view.
Proposed scope
Expand the activity service to include issue activities, and optionally add a unified Your-Work view.
