[BUG] UniGetUI seems stuck on NOT seeing that Battle.net has been updated.

_UniGetUI_ (2026.2.7) does not detect that "**Battle.net setup**" has been manually updated.  Also, it cannot automatically update this package itself, operation fails with:

**Battle.net Setup** could not be updated"

Directed app to download the installer package manually, ran the installer as local admin, yet the end result is that _UniGetUI_ still does not notice that the package in question has been updated.  Workaround is simply to ignore the "**Battle.net setup**" status by deselecting the package in the "update package available" list, but it is an irksome workaround.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Opened _UniGetUI_
2. Directed the app to refresh updatable package list.
3. Directed an "automatic" update attempt (**Battle.net Setup**). Attempt fails.
4. Directed app to download manual installer.
5. Ran installer manually as local admin.
6. Operation appears to be successful
7. Precautionary reboot of system.
8. _UniGetUI_ starts at logon.
9. _UnigetUI_ again detects that **Battle.net Setup** 'needs' to be updated.

Current workaround is to ignore **Battle.net Setup** by deselecting it in "updatable package" list, update any other package detections.
