I can reproduce it on my Samsung phone and Linux laptop by clearing cookies. If I do not clear cookies, the search loads pretty much instantly. One minor difference is that on samsung the loading time is around 1.5 minutes instead of 1 minute.
My network speed on laptop is:
8.9 Mbps downlod
6.1 Mbps upload
Network speed on Samsung phone is:
11.8 mbps download
2.7 mbps upload
