Create a script to set up environment variables that are used in the Cirrus example walk through.

• Set HOME to the work directory
• Set account code
• Load required modules
• Initialise conda
• Activate Python environment
• Set ground truth data dir (create?)
• Set coarse ground truth data dir
• Set training data dir
