Connect apps to the EST repo's backend code, create KBase implementations

Spawn sub-issues from this issue, one for each app still needing to be ported to KBase:

• run_EFI_CGFP_ShortBRED
• run_EFI_EST_SSN_Utils_Cluster_Analysis
• run_EFI_EST_SSN_Utils_Convergence_Ratio
• run_EFI_EST_SSN_Utils_Neighborhood_Connectivity
• run_EFI_GNT_GND_FASTA_Sequence_Lookup
• run_EFI_GNT_GND_Sequence_ID_Lookup
• run_EFI_GNT_GND_Single_Sequence_BLAST
• run_EFI_GNT_View_Saved_Diagrams (From past conversation with KBase folk, this app won't be developed since they do not want users to upload sqlite files as a KBase DataType Object. Instead, the run_EFI_GNT_GND_ relevant app should be used and its results mapped directly into the GND Viewer Widget.)

Create and complete these tasks as they become possible.

Instead of creating the app. I should clean up the UI files associated with the run_EFI_GNT_View_Saved_Diagram app that are already currently in the repo.
