Update the EFI-EST SSN Utilities Color SSNs App to match updates to the backend

Changes made since Feb/March in the EST repo have broken the KBase app. Update this App's code to correctly run the pipelines/colorssn/colorssn.nf workflow and link output files to the report and SequenceSimilarityNetwork data object.
