SSN Creation App unmapped filter options

The SSN Creation app has UI features for Taxonomy and Fragment filters but these filters are currently not implemented on the backend in the EST repo. Once those filters have been ported to the generatessn.nf code, the SSN Creation app's ui features should be connected to them.

This issue is blocked until those updates are made.
