Make customization workflow of formats consistent between input and output coordinates

Behavior for entering a custom format should be consistent for input and output formats

Input Format behavior
The Advanced drop-down becomes active only when you first click "Custom" under Formats in the Edit Output Coordinate dialog.

Output Format behavior
The Advanced drop-down is active. When you start to alter the format in the advanced input box, the selection under Formats automatically changes from the default to Custom
