Coordinate Conversion import should use two fields as default

This suggestion came from Rob Feuerstein during the ArcGIS Pro for Intelligence holistic testing on 18Dec2019. He suggested that based on what he experiences, most customers are actually starting from two fields when converting coordinates.

His written input was

• Import>Select CSV
• Are most our customers using a single X field when converting coordinates?
• Perhaps make "Use two fields" the default rather than an option?

My inclination is that if we decide to implement this feedback, we just make Use two fields checked on by default, however we can discuss further when we look at this as a team.
