Add Chinese (zh-CN) localization

Please add a Chinese (zh / zh-CN) localization for Pi Web UI.

The current interface is English-only, which makes the UI harder to use for Chinese-speaking users. A built-in Chinese language option for the main navigation, settings, session controls, and other UI text would be very helpful.

English can remain the default, with Chinese provided as an additional language.

Thanks for the invitation. I should mention that the project was not originally built with an i18n/localization structure, so adding Chinese support may require some foundational work in addition to translating the existing UI text.

Also, English is not my strongest language, so I may not be the best person to independently maintain the English side of the UI.

If the project adopts an i18n structure in the future, AI could be used to help prepare an initial translation, followed by human review to check terminology and context. If any translations are incorrect or sound unnatural, contributors could report them through Issues or submit PRs to update the corresponding locale/dictionary files.

Planned on my side, but not yet. Have other priorities at the moment.
