Incorrect display of total memory

Go to tab "storage space".

Expected behavior

Correct display of total available memory

Actual behavior

However, the app displays a higher value.

It's probably the stupid usage of base 10 counting instead of the normal base 2, like all the memory manufacturers use!
And of course not only memory manufacturers, but also developers who want to display the real things instead of the marketing (bigger numbers) things.
On my Linux computer both the temporary memory (RAM) and permanent memory (starage, SSD) is shown in base 2 (AKA binary or IEC).
