Visits Page Not Loading Additional After Page Emptied

Describe the bug
After clearing a page of suggested visits, no further visits load and the page does not automatically progress. This results in an empty page and the need to refresh to view more. Clicking to the next page skips a full page of visits.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Visits & Places'
2. Confirm or Deny all visits on the first page
3. See error

Expected behavior
Visits would continue to dynamically load to keep the first page filled, either once per visit modified or once the page is fully clear.

This used to occur on the last page (but not the first) but now appears to happen on both.
