The 'version' part of the Key Value for dirty Keys should be incremented when the file is saved

When a Key has been edited, add its path(?) to a List. When saving, iterate through the list, and for each language associated with the Key, increment the version.

This should also include functionality to store Keys' version number when reading the database.
