[Bug]: Fix release issue

Description

Just need to read the docs on how best to deploy the extension with Python 3.11 and Python 3.13 (or if I need to both).

Python 3.13 was a bit rushed so need to investigate further.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Push branch to main
2. Watch release fail

Expected Behavior

Release is able to push directly to blender extensions with all the OS builds.

Actual Behavior

It uploads the linux version and then fails
