readme instructions don't seem to line up with downloaded contents

When I download the contents, I get a csproj file, among other things. I don't get an executable, which seems to be addressed in the readme. Please provide additional instructions for executing the modder.

You have to right-click on the files in the downloaded directory, open properties, choose unblock option and confirm with ok. It's easier to do it manually to each file. After that, run Modder in Visual Studio, compile with a green arrow button in the upper part of the tool field. After that the GUI will start
