Test failures due to floating point rounding errors

On all hardware platforms, 30 to 50 tests fail due to floating point rounding errors. Is there a stable and portable subset of tests that can be used to verify if a package for grok is built correctly?

I have fixed a number of bugs and improved the CI - please test with new release 20.3.9. All tests should now pass on platforms with gcc.
