It would be good if saluki had a mechanism of figuring out data rates of a particular topic. This would be as another cli command (saluki count)
What it needs to do is:
- Subscribe to a stream
- Every N seconds print out how much total data (MB) was received on that stream so far (since we started listening) and a data rate (mbps) and possibly an average throughput
