Watchface designer?

I used to enjoy making custom themes on old Android phones and watchfaces for the various smart watches I've owned - is there no WYSIWYG editor available?
I'd start with getting rid of the dot in the middle of "0" and stretching the height of the digits!
Various digital (Casio type) watchfaces would be nice too.
