[Feature request] Allow to browse feed while subscriptions are being refreshed

Feature Description

Currently, while the subscription list is being refreshed, the feed list is unavailable for viewing. When you have a large number of subscribed channels, this is inconvenient. You could spend the time waiting for the update by browsing videos in the feed. Now, if you don’t want to waste time, you first have to select a video, then minimize it, start refreshing your subscriptions, and return to the video.
