[Feature request] More icons for subscription groups

Feature Description

Please consider adding a significantly larger selection of icons for subscription groups, or add a mechanism for manually adding them (e.g., from a file or by adding them to local resources from a URL).
In addition, a search function by icon name would be useful if this had been implemented.
