Ideally, this would implicate WhyDRS/SEC-Comments#5 whereby the decentralizing self-custody ethos gets introduced as a foil to this unprecedented failure of risk management.

Can also trivially extrapolate to universal ecosystem contributions in ongoing documentation efforts without a central coordinator, introducing 723 (albeit that is kind of different and requires extensive setup framing first).
