HaikuDepotServer localizations' files have wrong separators in the filename

The mis-match between the Polygot download separators in the filenames and those in the HaikuDepotServer sources makes localization integration quite difficult. Can you please fix these ones for me?

• webmessages_en_AU.properties --> webmessages_en-AU.properties
• webmessages_en_GB.properties --> webmessages_en-GB.properties
• webmessages_es_419.properties --> webmessages_es-419.properties
• webmessages_pt_BR.properties --> webmessages_pt-BR.properties

Note that the following are already correct and require no remediation;

• webmessages_zh-Hans.properties
• webmessages_zh-Hant.properties

Note that this applies to not just the .properties files but others as well such as;

• unsupported_en-AU.html
