Create a Rust SDK for TangoKore.
Rust SDK should provide:
- Machine enrollment (SSE and WebSocket protocols)
- Machine fingerprinting (OS, hardware, network, system)
- Agent for heartbeat and telemetry
- CLI binary (kontango-rust)
- Same functionality as Go SDK
- Performance optimizations unique to Rust
