Add documentation about the helm chart values

We have no documentation about what values are allowed/possible when deploying the helm chart. Create an area in Installation >> Kubernetes >> helm values that offers all possible values and a description of each.

The display needs some help. The table is overflowing because the page is fixed width. But the horizontal scroll is at the bottom which is waaaay down.

I wanted to see the information about the first table row I have to scroll to the bottom, slide right, then scroll to the top of the page. :(
